RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pipeline & CRM Management:

  1. Monitor sales pipeline on a daily basis to ensure all deals have complete and accurate information.
  2. Enforce CRM hygiene, including proper deal stage updates and mandatory fields
  3. Ensure all meetings and activities are properly logged and aligned with the sales process.
  4. Identify stalled or at-risk deals and escalate to relevant stakeholders.

Cross-functional Coordination & Deal Handover:

  1. Coordinate the end-to-end handover process from Sales to KAM/Operations, Accountance, and Legal teams.
  2. Ensure all required information is completed before handover to avoid operational delays.
  3. Track deal progress and follow up with internal teams to maintain agreed SLAs.
  4. Act as a central point of contact to resolve operational bottlenecks

Process Compliance & Operational Control

  1. Monitor and audit adherence to sales processes, CRM usage, and internal policies.
  2. Identify recurring operational issues and propose improvements to BD Operations.
  3. Support the implementation of standardized workflows and checklists

Sales Support & Issue Resolution

  1. Provide timely support to Sales on process, CRM usage, and deal-related queries.
  2. Assist in resolving day-to-day operational blockers to ensure smooth deal execution.
  3. Support basic preparation of proposals, documentation, and internal coordination when required

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  1. Maintain and update centralized sales materials, including templates, SOPs, and checklists.
  2. Ensure all documents are properly version-controlled and accessible to the Sales team.
  3. Support the development and maintenance of a single source of truth for sales operations

Reporting & Data Support

  1. Prepare and consolidate sales operation reports (pipeline, activities, SLA tracking).
  2. Support data collection and analysis for dashboards and performance tracking.
  3. Provide reliable data inputs for weekly and monthly business reviews.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
  2. 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles
  3. Experience working in a B2B environment, preferably supporting sales teams
  4. Experience in managing or coordinating cross-functional operations teams
  5. Hands-on experience in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales process execution is a plus
  6. Experience in supporting process implementation, data tracking, and operational reporting
  7. Proficiency in English is a plus
  8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and processes, with solid execution skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, combined with strong coordination and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams. Possesses a problem-solving mindset, basic analytical capabilities, and a proactive, accountable approach with a strong sense of ownership in daily operations.
