Urbox is looking for a passionate Internal Communication Executive who’s ready to take on a creative and people-centric role. You’ll be a key player in strengthening our internal culture and building strong employee connections through storytelling, events, and media.
🔍 What You’ll Do
You will take charge of three main areas:
- Internal Communication
- Internal Events & Engagement
- Creative Content & Media Production
1. Internal Communication
- Craft content for newsletters, internal emails, employee features, and culture-sharing articles.
- Edit, design, and publish visually engaging newsletters (slides/infographics/Google Sites).
- Lead the end-to-end newsletter process: content gathering, editing, design, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Manage internal channels (email, intranet, chat groups, office TV screens…).
- Collaborate with departments to share updates, achievements, campaigns, and motivation messages to the BD team and wider Urbox family.
2. Internal Events & Engagement
- Brainstorm and organize recurring internal events (e.g., townhalls, team buildings, birthday parties, quarterly reviews, workshops…).
- Support the BD team and other departments in hosting kick-offs, awards, bonding events, etc.
- Oversee budgets, logistics, timelines, and participant coordination.
3. Creative Content & Media Production
- Propose and produce creative internal media (e.g., viral videos, quick interviews, event recaps, festive content…).
- Independently shoot and edit simple videos or work with external vendors for advanced productions.
- Design visuals, memes, and infographics that reflect company values and inspire engagement.
🧠 What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in Internal Communication, Event Organization, or Content/PR.
- Experience working cross-functionally with different departments is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong content writing skills with structured, inspiring delivery.
- Ability to manage multi-channel content and coordinate inputs across teams.
- Comfortable communicating with various teams to extract stories and updates.
- Creative, proactive, and good aesthetic sense.
- Familiar with tools like Canva, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Google Site, CapCut or similar video editing apps.
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
